On the 3rd level which can be reached going down the marble staircase from the middle level , there is a spacious living area with fireplace , a small kitschenette , a dining table , a billiard and games. Further on there is a fourth bedroom with a double bed and en suite shower/wc. All the bedrooms are airconditioned. In the equipment of the villa also belong a DVD, a TV set with Sattellite receiver , a CD player and internet ADSL connection.

The villas are  located in a  beautiful  land of 4000 sqm. Even that the villas are next to each other , they way are built and the materials used , offer privacy. Each villa has a beautiful garden and a big pool of 36 sq. m (4 x 9 ) and a beautiful grass area around , ideal for children to play. Around each pool there are deck chairs and umbrellas, which are available for sunbathing , as well as patio furniture for relaxation .The environment is so natural even in such a short distance from the well-known tourist area of Rethymno town. A car is considered to be essential. Children are most welcome in the villa and a high Chair and a baby cot can be provided.
